It's a quiet location but near to the main road, shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, although you have to cross the busy road to get to it. The pool was clean and a nice area to sit or sunbathe in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely on the few occasions that we ate there. The room was spacious and I had a separate room with a fridge and wardrobe in it. There are plenty tuk tuk, taxi's and buses available on the main road if you wanted a trip to Mapusa market, Candolim etc.

Really loved the efficient service and how we were allowed to check in early (10 AM). Also, they upgraded us to a suite room, we just had to wait 15 mins before the room was ready. The check-in process was really smooth.

The tea was served very hot which I like it that way The swimming pool was absolutely excellent Very Very clean and the amount of chlorine was in the right amount
